I purchased this bag to carry books and other items on beach walks. It is durable, easy to pack and lightweight. The straps are not reinforced, so it isn't comfortable as a backpack for long distances, but it is very suitable for carrying items short distances. It is very roomy.
I carry a pair of fins, a kick board, goggles, swim cap, pull bouy, towel, and water bottle with room to spare. The mesh material allows wet items to dry without removing them from the bag. Only aspect of the bag I don't like is that the drawstring is so long it makes carring the bag a chore.
